Leah Mogg

Leah specialises in workers compensation claims, bringing a high level of expertise and significant experience in WorkCover-related matters.
Prior to joining Jensen McConaghy, Leah worked in the WorkCover team at Crown Law and was also appointed Assistant Crown Solicitor/Team Leader. Leah managed complex injury claims and advised WorkCover on compliance and indemnity issues, liability, quantum and evidence.
In 2010 Leah was appointed Special Counsel with Crown Law and later joined Jensen McConaghy as Special Counsel continuing her work with WorkCover.
